I haven’t been around the world like I wish to

I haven’t got my desired fame and sociality

I haven’t got the much influence I’ve always want

But this little light of mine is still shining bright

Making a way for me when it’s dim

When it’s stormy and we struggle to keep our eyes open; my light still shines

When it’s rainy and wind won’t still; my Light still shines

When it’s sunset and the journey is still far away; my little light still shines

This little light of mine; Being a pillar of light for me in my small self

Little light of mine that makes me stand out

When it’s light out and I’m still racing; This little light of mine

When things move and creep in the dark; I walk gallant because this little light of mine never faints

When I’m glossy; It’s this little light of Mine

This little light of mine; Relief and Grace it brings me

Even if your light is like a candle light; you can be outstanding
