Mrs Mary Katugwa As The Director General Of Industrial Training Fund (Itf)

My name is Comrade Ajibodi Muniru Majeyibo (a.k.a Aluta Tompolo), The Director of Action and Mobilisation of National association of Nigerian Students (NANS HQRS).

Without fear, favour or any intimidation, I want to ascend with clarity and capacity under the president of NANS; comrade Danielson Bamidele Akpan unto the plea to make Mrs Mary Katugwa as the Director General (DG) of Industrial training fund (ITF). Mrs Mary Katugwa has been inducted in the hall of fame some months ago under the leadership of NANS before the emergence of NANS president. The social responsibility of industrial training fund is to assist student who are at various levels of education in various institutions to undergo some trainings either 3 months or 6 months.

Upon the leadership acumen and administrative positivism of Mrs Mary Katugwa, the industrial training fund area officer in Lagos, she has shown in all ramifications that she is a mother to all by establishing a link for students whom are major benefactor of the scheme for input. To this end, we appeal to President Muhammad Buhari who is a leader per excellence, a man that stood out of many president Nigeria we have had in this country to fight corruption to engage Gender sensitivity in the Industrial training fund (ITF) and to quickly see Mrs Mary Katugwa as an agent towards social change and development. we appeal to the legislators and President to see her as a brain box. Today, she is a contributor to student welfare and up-keep. We stand out as many to lay a peaceful agitation for her appointment as Industrial training fund chairman.

With her qualification and credentials as far as public office is concerned, when it comes to issue of technicality, we believe that she will act effectively to the best of her knowledge with the support of other principal stakeholders in the country and she will succeed perfectly. We are not only students but students who are contributors to nation building. As we all now continue to consider consultation and consolidation, Our plea to the president is to use his good office and his kind gesture to appoint Mrs Mary as the Director General (DG) of the Industrial trust fund (ITF) of the federal republic of Nigeria. To all education institutions, they will see the effectiveness of her leadership.

The current leadership of ITF has not failed but we need a mother who know the pain of the people who are students. I wish to state that I am not bought by any nor am I politically motivated but by her past achievement and antecedents during her course of stay as the head of ITF in Lagos, I wish that she is appointed as the head of ITF to enable a way forward in the country which will be of benefit to all students. She is innovative, inventive and full of ideas. On this note, I wish to assure all students to affirm their loyalty to the leadership of NANS under Danielson Bamidele Akpan as he is working out modalities to make sure everything is intact. We plead to the president to ratify and appoint Mrs Mary as the head of ITF. We believe that she is a mother to all.

Thus, I assure students and the entire public across the country to join the crusade of Mrs Mary Katugwa as Director General (DG) of Industrial training fund.
