They say Thursday is for throwback
Throwback to the days;
  When poetry was about rhymes
  When music was  noise
  When fashion was about the clothes
  When social media was absent and everything was less debatable
Throwback to the days when we were safe trekking miles and miles
Thowback to the days when all voices could pass for an angel
Throwback to childhood of imagination and randomness
Throwback to those days when we had our lives ahead of us
Throwback to those days when life was a bed of roses
Throwback to when "African countries" meant "Abroad" for Nigerians
Throwback to when all food was bae
Throwback to when paracetamol was a relief to all sickness
Throwback to when education was just an option
Throwback to when the definition of sexy was about the designer wears
Throwback to when being a big boy was about getting accolades
Throwback to when friendship meant loyalty
Throwback to when we fly kites,rather than now; you can't go out to play until you know multiplication table
The future came a bit too soon.
