The general rule is this #PDP leadership at the state will not enforce illegal bargains. The parties are left where the constitutions found them, and no relief is granted: it’s a hands-off policy.
The illegal agreement is void, and that a wrongdoer has benefited to the other’s detriment does not matter. We frown at that unacceptable act. Any one guilty of any offence should be sanctioned by disciplinary committee and not a sole opinion of an individual, it is for selfish purpose.
Hence the party will not tolerate any irresponsible way of depicting her identity by illegal removal of any exco without the knowledge of party executive at the state level.
