A 42-year-old Gutu man went berserk recently and mistreated his married person for falling pregnant while not his approval, an area court has detected.
John Mubaiwa from Mufutirwa village below Chief Makore in Gutu pleaded guilty to violence charges once he appeared before judge Victor Mohamadi.
Asked why he committed the offence, Mubaiwa told court the news of the maternity came as a shock to him since he wasn't financially stable to require care of another addition to his family.
He aforementioned the couple had 2 different youngsters and was already troubled to require care of them as he was still unemployed .
"I failed to expect my married person to possess another kid at this stage, we tend to ar failing to form ends meet with the 2 youngsters we tend to have already got.
