When we prayed to the sky gods

They cried a bucket of tears

If the crime we committed
Was to see with our eyes

Pluck it,
Let us be blind..

For it is unspeakable
The terrors we have seen

When they fire their guns
The eyes that see, becomes unseen

When we prayed to the moon gods
They murmured in silence,

Oh, If the crime we committed
Was to hear with our ears

Block it,
Don't let us hear,

For it is unbearable,
The terrors we have heard

When they fire their guns
The voices heard, becomes unheard

When we prayed to the river gods
They strangled their waters

If the crime we committed
Was to breathe with our nose..

Close it,
Don't let us breathe

For it is unhealable
The terrors we have perceived

When they fire their guns
The air is polluted with blood

When we prayed to the tree gods
They could not give an answer

If the crime we committed
Was to be born..

Take our lives
Don't let us live..

For it is indescribable
The terrors we have faced..

When they fire their guns
We the innocents, die in innocence..
