You are God's child
But scared to stand before king
You give into fear when you can't see the end of the tunnel
Have you forgotten his promise of "let there be light?"
Thou trembling heart that shakes and panic at every flood and flame
Will you rather call upon the name of God or still swim in your doubt?
Fear not
He has filled you with the holy ghost
Never buy the thought to turn and run
Because you are rooted in Christ
When you tread a footpath alone
And you see the paw prints that gives you a second thought
Then you start to entertain fair
you walk fast and faster
Heart racing and vision blurred out of perspiration
But God is with you
The race is yours
Victory is sure
Fear not.
